Postage Rates, and Exchange Policy:

All orders are in US dollars. Because we are a Canadian company, enter "foxandkitten" at the checkout and you'll receive a 5% discount off your total to balance out the exchange. Purchases are shipped out within 5 days of payment from Vancouver, BC Canada using Canada Post. You will receive a tracking number as well as notification that your item has been shipped.

Orders placed within BC are charged PST/GST. Orders placed within Canada are charged GST

Canada Postage - $8.00 for first item, then only an additional $3.00 per additional item. USA Postage - $10.00 for first item, then only an additional $4.00 per additional item. International Postage - $12.00 for first item, then only an additional $6.00 per additional item.

*Report any damaged goods within 7 days of arrival. Return item(s) for replacement at no additional charge within 14 days of arrival.

Any cuffs may be exchanged within 14 days of arrival less shipping costs. Earrings are NOT returnable for sanitary reasons. Notify us of your return within 7 days.
